RETURNS & REFUNDS
Shipping cost is customers responsibility within15 days from purchase date and must be accompanied by receipt and all original packaging. All products are deemed to be free of any defects, In the unlikely event there is a defect, Surflogic USA will gladly replace the item upon receiving the original item at 7Seas Surf Inc.
It is acknowledged that the Product(s) returned at the customer’s expense should be in its (their) original condition and packaging, as delivered by 7Seas Surf Inc.
No Product may be reimbursed before having been returned by the customer and received by 7Seas Surf Inc., in its original condition and packaging, as delivered by 7Seas Surf Inc. In particular, the Product shall not have been unsealed.
All products are deemed to be free of defects, In the unlikely event there is a defect, SurflogicUSA will gladly replace the item upon receiving the original item at 7Seas Surf Inc. In case a product has a manufacturing flaw that makes it unfit for use, the customer may contact the Company’s after-sales service sending by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer should send the Product to 7Seas Surf Inc., at his/her own expense, making sure to include the invoice. Then, 7Seas Surf Inc. undertakes to send, at its expense, a Product free from hidden defects in exchange (unless there is a stock shortage).
In case of stock shortage and the impossibility for the supplier to change the Product, the customer shall be for the initial Product.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
1. On having ordered before an e-mail to our service of attention to the client and having requested a number of return (email@example.com).
2. On having received the number of return, thank you for sending the product with the invoice and the reason of the return to the following address:
